You know it’s a good episode when introductions turn into sitcom material. The Trio was back in action—Ravi in host mode, Nathan sir in his trademark humility, and Sanjiv on the guest couch (but with a memory like a steel trap).

It all began innocently enough. Nathan sir gently introduced himself, ever so courteous. But Sanjiv couldn’t resist:
“Sir, you don’t remember me?”
Nathan paused and then, with perfect comic timing and that twinkle in his eye:
“Yaar tum apna shakal badal lete ho!”
Boom—Sanjiv erupted in laughter and graciously agreed. A podcast icebreaker like no other.

But wait, the roast wasn’t done yet.

Later, in a moment of joyful honesty, Sanjiv turned to Ravi and said:
“I’m loving this Trio format…but YOU are doing less work!”
Turns out, Ravi had cleverly architected the format—he carries the show’s first half with guest intros and questions, but then… switches to cruise control as the guests grill each other in the second half.
Ravi sat back, smiled, and watched the fireworks unfold.
Job delegation: 100. Effort: Minimal. Entertainment: Maximum.

And as we all laughed together, it became clear—the Trio isn’t just a format. It’s a full-blown ensemble act. And Ravi? Let’s just say he’s the cool cat conductor of this jazz band of minds.
